The last two games where Fabregas has been absent we have drawn and lost so in that respect i am slightly pessimistic about getting a sure victory against Villa. However, this is a vital game for us as Man United dropped three points last week at Bolton and we need to extend the gap at the top of the table.
No game at Villa Park will be easy but we have the technical assets to potentially run rings around the Villa defence.
Ewan's view on Villa
Villa have been impressive and their recent form has been exceptional.
They have only lost twice at home and that was against two of the so-called 'big four'. I fear the influence of Agbonlahor and Young basically because of their speed and Barry is crucial in midfield. He can defend and attack equally well.
