Aston Villa winger Marc Albrighton insists the players have gone into the international break in positive mood. Villa lost at Tottenham before the players headed their separate ways, with Albrighton playing for the England Under-21 side in their vital Euro Championship first-leg play-off against Romania at Carrow Road on Friday night. But Albrighton revealed that new boss Gerard Houllier had given them a positive pep-talk before they linked-up with their respective nations. "I think if we're not playing well and not doing our jobs and not working hard he'll come at us and he will tell us that we're doing wrong and he'll punish us for it," said Albrighton. "But because we're playing well and before Saturday we were getting results, then I don't think he's got any reason to bawl and shout at us, which I think is a good thing. "He said how well we played which I think we all agree with. We did play well. It was the same as Stoke, we didn't deserve to lose the game, but that's something we'll have to work on."
