Aston Villa full-back Habib Beye expects to be fit to face Fulham in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday following an ankle problem. Beye, 33, sat out the weekend draw with Birmingham after suffering the injury in the Carling Cup victory against Burnley. "I just tweaked my ankle in the first half and it was swelling a little but it is not going to be a big problem," Beye told the Birmingham Mail. However if Beye is able to come into contention he could have a problem dislodging Luke Young from the team. Beye added: "I think you are at your best when you play six, seven or eight games in a row - that gives you your fitness."
