Luna joined from Sevilla in a £2million deal in June 2013 and scored on his debut in a 3-1 Barclays Premier League win at Arsenal.
But the 24-year-old left-back made only 17 starts for Villa and was loaned to Italian club Hellas Verona last season before moving to Serie B club Spezia Calcio for the second half of the campaign.
Confirming Luna's departure on their official Twitter account, Villa said: "Good luck to @AntoniiioLuna who leaves us to join @SDEibar
Best of the luck for the future Antonio! #AVFC"
Eibar confirmed on their club website that Luna has signed a two-year deal with the Primera Division club and will be officially presented before the media on Friday.
