Born 08.09.1981
22 years old. He had his debut on the national team earlier this year
against Northern Irland and scored two amazing goals. He plays on the left
wing, but with an offensive style of play. Good speed, technique and a very
godd dribbler. He does amazing things with the ball, and sometimes shows
quality that can compete with Ajax's Zlatan.
Already Blackburn and Man Utd have been interested in signing him, but his
agent appeared on TV yesterdag saying that the only official contact they he
have had with foreign teams was scouts from Villa and Newcastle. They both
will be following him on todays match against Molde, and in the future.
So far this season he has lead Tromsø to leading the table. Scoring 3 goals
in 6 matches.
Two seasons ago he helped Tromsø to the premier league by becoming the
top scorer in the first division.
I Hope that helps - He is a great talent, and Villa would do good if they
buy him. Though I fear he is a bit expensive at £2 million.
