"It was a good goal by him," O'Leary said after the game.
"There was a bit of booing, which surprised me a bit. I don't think that helps anyone. But that's life - he seemed to get on with it.
"I thought Alpay did well to play today. He's had a cold and a touch of flu.
"He was steady for us. I couldn't fault him, although we did concede a silly goal.
"He is always in front of the line at training. He is keen as mustard, everything is 100 miles an hour."
