O'Leary Rules Out Bid For Smith

The Villa boss has said that he will only have around £6million to spend during the close season and that a bid for the England international striker, who worked under O'Leary during his time as manager at Elland Road, would use up all of those funds.

"I would love to have Alan Smith, but if I am to get £6 million, I can't spend it all on one player, which means I can't get Smith," O'Leary has admitted.
