"Juan did well for his hat-trick although I felt he should have scored more goals but I was pleased with our attitude and commitment," said O'Leary.
"When you come to places like Wycombe it is about your approach when you get off the team coach and we had the right attitude and scored goals.
"I think our forwards will benefit from the way I want the team to play because I want us to create chances. Juan sees that as well and he is doing well."
