Phillips Set To Sign For Villa

Reports suggest a £1million fee has been agreed between the two clubs and that the former Sunderland and Watford striker will join Villa on the successful completion of a medical.

Phillips, who turns 32-years-old in July, is thought to have agreed a two-year contract at Villa Park and if the deal is concluded will become manager David O'Leary's fourth signing of the close season.
