Striker Stefan Moore grabbed a 20 minute first half hat-trick and added his and Villa's fourth moments before the interval to give Villa a 4-0 half-time lead.
Albion made a spirited second half fightback and a Simon Brown brace, one a penalty, brought the score back to 4-2 before Luke Moore scored Villa's fifth goal seven minutes from time.
The Villa second string have now won ten of their first eleven games and their 31 points sees them sitting at the top of the Barclaycard Premier Reserves League North table.
