Warnoch wants Villa full-back

Wright has been handed a free-transfer by Villa and Warnock has confirmed making an approach for the 31-year-old left-back.

"Alan is one of several that I have spoken to, although I am delighted that Kozzy (Rob Kozluk) has re-signed so we still have some experience in that area," Warnoch told the Blades official website.
