Wolves boss Mick McCarthy has no new injury or suspension concerns.
McCarthy made nine changes to his side for the midweek Carling Cup win over Notts County but after a less-than-impressive performance the line-up is more than likely to bear a strong resemblance to the one used at White Hart Lane last weekend.
Michael Kightly (knee), Stephen Hunt (foot) and Ronald Zubar (ankle) remain sidelined.
Aston Villa skipper Gabriel Agbonlahor is winning his battle to be fit.
Agbonlahor was substituted during the first half of Wednesday's Carling Cup win over Blackburn with tight calves but has resumed training.
Midfielder Stephen Ireland is also making good progress after suffering a dead leg in training ahead of the meeting with Sam Allardyce's side.
But defender Richard Dunne is again ruled out with a knee injury, although manager Gerard Houllier is optimistic he will be fit to return against Tottenham next weekend.
