Villa and Valencia are often mentioned in the same breath when it comes to summer transfer speculation.
No not David Villa, the Spanish striker who has just joined Barcelona from their La Liga rivals, but Aston Villa.
Boss Martin O'Neill is rumoured to be targeting stars from the Mestalla Stadium, namely Nikola Zigic and Miguel.
And so the rumour mill grinds back into action as Serbian hitman Zigic and Portuguese right-back Miguel are again linked with moves to the Midlands.
Zigic, 29, is seen as a replacement for the outgoing Emile Heskey, who looks set to leave Villa after netting just five goals last season.
Heskey could be a target for Sunderland, where he would link-up with former Blues boss Steve Bruce.
Miguel, 30, would be a direct replacement for Luke Young, who made his frustrations known this week after enduring a torrid time with the Claret and Blue.
Young has been left on the bench while centre-back Carlos Cuellar has been preferred in his position.
And so it seems that O'Neill doesn't fancy Young as much as he did when he signed him from Middlesbrough in 2008.
Miguel, full name Luís Miguel Brito Garcia Monteiro, has international pedigree, having won 52 caps for his country and fits the bill for the Villa boss.
His services, along with those of Zigic could be secured for around £10m and many Villa fans will be hoping to see them sign if only to end the incessant speculation.
