Andreas Weimann grabbed a second-half double as Villa reserves continued their unbeaten start to the season against Fulham at Motspur Park.
Weimann stole the limelight from super Scot Barry Bannan who netted from the spot three minutes before the break.
Villa sent out a strong side once again with Andy Marshall, Ciaran Clark and Marc Albrighton all starting.
Another familiar face in the line-up was Nathan Delfouneso and it was the English youngster, who provided Bannan with a chance to open the scoring.
After Luca Moscatiello had felled Delfouneso, winger Bannan coolly slotted past former Switzerland keeper Pascal Zuberbuhler to put Villa in control.
And with half-time out of the way, the Claret and Blue second string increased the tempo with Weimann at the heart of proceedings.
The Austrian hit man pounced on a short back- pass straight from the restart and after James Collins had hit the post, Weimann fired low past Zuberbuhler to clinch yet another win for Kevin MacDonald's side.
