Villa were crowned champions of the Barclays Premier Reserve League South after defeating local rivals West Brom 2-0 at Villa Park.
The Claret and Blue second string claimed their deserved title thanks to goals from wing wizard Marc Albrighton and striker James Collins.
Reserves manager Kevin MacDonald will take his talented side into a play-off final against Northern League winners Sunderland.
But, after claiming their coveted piece of silverware, many of the squad will now be looking to break into the first team.
Martin O'Neill may try to introduce a couple of youngsters in the coming Premier League games with Albrighton and Collins pushing for a place on the bench against Hull.
Nathan Delfouneso, who is already an established member of the first team squad, will also be looking to stake his claim ahead of next season.
But for now, MacDonald and his men should be proud of their achievement and savour the moment. They were by far and away the best side in the league and the winners medals prove that.
Hopefully the first team will follow suit with some silverware in the next campaign.
